The 2025 Season is in full affect and we are excited about the season opener Sept 6th!. Our coaches are listed below and have spent time getting value development from USA Football and the Eisenhower Varsity Staff. 

8th Grade - Ken Perra

7th Grade - Casey Marzo

6th Grade - Jack Liegler

5th Grade - Jason Schaefer

The New Berlin Junior Lions core principles revolve around communication, safety, & development. We are a developmental program that will strive to produce football players capable of winning 8th Grade league titles, High School Conference titles, and High School State Titles.      

-        Football today is as safe as any other sport, including soccer. Protocols such as concussion, equipment certification, coaches certification, practice schedules, etc all ensure this fact.

-        In addition, we employ a trainer or trained medical personnel at all games.

-        Coaches will be required to strive to equalize playing time at the 5th & 6th Grade Levels, and will be answering to the Board if it is reported otherwise. 7th & 8th Grade coaches will guarantee kids meaningful playing time of at least 1 full quarter of play per game.

All players will learn a position on both offense and defense as no one can predict the skills, enjoyment, and success a young kid will have when he reaches puberty
